Our CrossFit Boot Camps are a great way to Get Fit! By utilizing the CrossFit methodology of randomized functional movements performed at high intensity, you can get the lean, toned body that you have always wanted. At CrossFit Minneapolis - St. Paul, our programs are both general and specific by design.

This Boot Camp class is for individuals who are committed to making a dramatic change in their life with the support of a strong community, regardless of your past or present fitness level. We take great care to ensure that the workouts are scaled to everyone's individual fitness level.
