Step One: gET STARTED WITH a COMPLIMENTARY intro

CrossFit MSP RowingThis is a 1x1 introductory session which will give you first hand experience with our program at CrossFit MSP (CFMSP). Its purpose is for us to get acquainted, discuss your fitness goals, expectations, prior experiences, and how we can work together to help get you in the best shape of your life.

Come prepared for a Workout. During this session you will be guided through our CFMSP warm-up by one of our Coaches, being instructed on the proper form and techniques of the various body weight exercises. This will give us an opportunity to observe your strengths and weaknesses, helping to ensure our program is best tailored to fit your fitness level and goals.

After the brief warm-up, you will complete our CFMSP Introductory Benchmark Workout. Upon the completion of the workout, there will be an opportunity for Q & A to help answer any additional questions you have about CrossFit, CrossFit MSP, and our Membership Opportunities.
